About The Event

The 1st International Conference on Eco-Innovation, Education, and Islamic Studies (ICEEIS 2026) is an international academic conference organized by Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar to provide a global platform for scholars, researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, and students to exchange innovative ideas, present research findings, and establish international collaborations. The conference responds to contemporary global challenges, including environmental degradation, climate change, educational transformation, technological advancement, and the need for ethical and value-based sustainable development.

Carrying the theme "Advancing Sustainable Futures through Eco-Innovation, Transformative Education, and Islamic Values," ICEEIS 2026 promotes interdisciplinary dialogue that integrates scientific innovation, educational excellence, and Islamic perspectives in addressing sustainable development issues. The conference seeks to encourage research dissemination, strengthen global academic networks, foster collaborative publications, and promote the integration of Islamic values into science, technology, and social development.

ICEEIS 2026 consists of three major conference tracks covering a broad range of disciplines. The first track focuses on Eco-Innovation, Engineering, and Applied Sciences, including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, green manufacturing, mathematical modeling, and smart agriculture. The second track emphasizes Digital Transformation in Education, Language, and Sports, highlighting innovative learning technologies, technology-enhanced language learning (TELL), applied linguistics, digital education, and sports science. The third track explores Sustainable Society, Islamic Economy, and Human Well-being, encompassing Islamic finance, halal industry, family law, communication, psychology, Qur'anic studies, and early childhood education.

The conference welcomes participants from universities, research institutions, schools, industries, government agencies, and international organizations. Participants include lecturers, researchers, postgraduate and undergraduate students, teachers, education practitioners, industry professionals, and policymakers from Indonesia and abroad. ICEEIS 2026 will be conducted in a online format on 26 August 2026 at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar, enabling wider international participation through both onsite and online sessions.

The conference agenda includes an Opening Ceremony, Keynote Speeches delivered by distinguished international scholars, Plenary Sessions, Parallel Paper Presentations, Panel Discussions, and a Closing Ceremony. These activities are designed to facilitate knowledge exchange, interdisciplinary discussion, and the development of international research partnerships.
